Part-Time Church Office Assistant 

Are you passionate about serving in a faith-based environment? Our church is seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to work part-time, providing warm and professional front-desk support. This role is the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring smooth administrative operations and assisting with communications, events, and office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors with a warm smile and friendly welcome.
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
  • Create weekly service bulletins, event programs, and social media posts.
  • Assist with mail distribution and event logistics.
  • Provide support for church communications and website updates.

Qualifications:

  • Active Christian faith and commitment to church values.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, PlanningCenter, and MailChimp.
  • Working hours will typically be Tuesday – Thursday, 8 am to 1 pm. Must have the ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and key church seasons.

Pay Range: $14,040- $15,600

Starting salary is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
